1. Introduction

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or signing a quotation, invoice, or service agreement, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Business Structure & Service Verticals

• Uncommonfilms Studios: Corporate films, commercials (TVCs), product shoots, and full-scale productions.
• Uncommonfilms Moments: Wedding cinematography, event coverage, and personal films.
• Uncommonfilms Digital Lab: Social media content, reels, motion graphics, and editing services.

All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in signed Quotations or Service Agreements.

3. Booking & Payments

• Advance: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm a booking.
• Balance: The remaining balance is payable before final delivery or at first draft submission.
• Delays: Late payments may delay delivery or suspend services.

4. Intellectual Property

• Usage Rights: The client receives usage rights only after full payment is made.
• Ownership: Raw footage and project files remain the property of Uncommon Production unless purchased separately.
• Promotion: We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional use.

5. Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included in standard packages.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
• Major structural changes will incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Corporate cancellations within 7 days incur pre-production costs.
• Wedding/Event booking amounts are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling depends on availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events. Total liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
